This is a loose fit / oversize garment. It measures 23" across or 46" diameter at the bust line...see pics. Its a triangle cut to double that at the bottom. Garment is 34 inches tall at the shortest point....40 inches at the longest, each side, which gives it a asymmetrical look with depth.
