Bubble Hem Dress/Skirt

Cool double layer tiered bubble hem skirt/sundress. The wide 'waistband' can be rolled over to make the skirt longer or shorter---to the knee, below the knee or midi length --or it can be worn as a strapless dress with the waistband extended up. Size XS fits a 2/4 (somewhere between an XS and a S). Magdalena is a California brand. Mostly cotton with a little bit of stretch. Comes with a sash to wear in the belt loops or as a headpiece! No issues; gently worn and cared for.
