Bubble/ Puffer Vest

These puffer vest paired with a thick cozy sweater is usually the "go to" for us New Yorkers when we are a bit uncertain of how the temperature decides to play tricks on us; however a cute off the shoulder top would also be a great pair for a night out shooting pool. An easy zip up closure with zip up pockets on each side and also has a hidden draw string to adjust in the waist when your looking to give it some extra little "PUFF". Lengthening down to the waist at 22" from the chin (since there is a collar) & just a tad bit of a wrinkle in the photo for being stored away during the Winter season yet still has its natural form. Brand New with the tag inside the pocket 😕 (unfortunately the tag snagged off when I went to grab it out of the pack of other Winter stuff). Overall it's a win-win
