@susanpepper no this has smaller handle straps although I can put up on my shoulder. No should strap available. Not all people will be able to place it on shoulder.

Is this the bag with a clear vinyl? Are there any stains inside or cracks in the vinyl? TY

@smlong1095 yes this has the clear Vinland with a small cut on top seen in picks and strings on the handle that can be trimmed.
