@ucr8u Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I totally missed your 1st comment. Poshmark creates a ton of notifications & sometimes comments get lost. I'm sorry! There's no stretch gores/panels at the top edge. The flat measurement for the top of the boot is in the photos. As far as I can tell, they are not wide calf. Usually wide calf is marked somewhere on the boot or box w/ WC. These do not have that designation. I hope that helps. I'm here if you have other questions. 🙂
