Budapest Dress

NWT. 100% polyester. Sheer dress with slip. Non-stretch. The colorful overlay is relaxed and has a non-stretch liner. The liner bust is 40". Front ruching is adjustable all the way down, which is really nice. My suggestion for this style of City Chic dress is to substitute your own stretchy slip in place of the one that comes with. It has no give and limits the size of the dress. The outer layer is also non-stretch but has enough fabric to be more size flexible. I have 2 different sizes in different prints because they are truly pretty. I just haven't worn. **Items will be shipped in recycled packaging to reduce waste
