It's outer is a soft velvety feel. Inside is 3 separate compartments with the center zippered. 1 inside zipper pocket as well. Length 12", height with handles 17" without handles 7 1/2", width 4 1/2". Few scratches at bottom see last photo. The bag is in great condition.
