@beyond__trends I normally wear a small as well sometimes medium. I am thicker in the thighs and I had a small last year in the same leggings just a different color. They slid down a lot so I got XS and love the fit so much better. No sliding and still squat proof.

@beyond__trends also I'm 5'2 5'3ish and 150-162 lbs depending on the time of year haha but these fit me year round. I do have to roll the bottom slightly just because I'm shorter
