Buffalo Dress

Gently used, in great condition Buffalo by David Bitton Dress in a size small. Black and blue with gunmetal studs and waist, waist also has elastic so it gives stretch. Fabric is a soft cotton like with stretch. Not sure if actual fabric content because I cut off the tag. 15” across the bust 13” across waist 18” across hips 31.5” from shoulder to bottom hem.
