Buffalo Plaid Button Down Shirt

Just got this in from a Posh Boutique. I absolutely love it but can't button it. It's measures 17 inches from armpit to armpit. It's a medium but fits more like a small or extra small. It's not a flannel shirt but still super cute. Just want to get what I paid.
