This full jacquard skirt by Buffalo David Bitton has 2 pleats front/back, its lined and the tone on tone of this fabric combined with a jacquard-like texture make it a little gem. I believe the only reason this didn't sell is that it's marked XL. Creme/Latte The fitted waistband measures about 15.5" and it is about 19" long. So more like a large NWT
