I think this is from one of the earliest Built by Wendy collections! Styled like a classic denim skirt at the top but w/ a playful flared hem, giving it a bit of a cheerleader vibe! High-low hemline, pockets in front, button/zipper, and the tiny bird embroidery on the right-hand side.
