A navy blue Bulwark Excel FR Hi-Vis Removable liner jacket in men's size XL. This jacket was made by Bulwark and features a flame resistant navy blue fabric with a neon yellow reflective strip going around the torso and sleeves. It has 2 open exterior hand pockets. The interior features a quite heavy and thick zipper removable FR quilted liner. Labels indicate it is ARC rated for 11 ATPV, NFPA 70E,and ASTM F1506.
