@motley_closet I have one suggestion for your closet. Please don’t hate me. I mean I stole one of your front page art. Let me say it this way. In a Museum where they are hanging paintings. They put one painting on only one wall. When you stand and look at the painting 🖼 you only see that painting. See where I’m going with this?

If I were you I would have one art 🖼 front page next to a picture of a lipstick 💄(very simple) repeat a lipstick 💄 of a different color below art 🖼 then in the forth spot another art 🖼. 🖼 lipstick 💄 lipstick 💄 art 🖼 lipstick. I hope I’m not hurting your feelings. The next day change it up 🖼 art is now a lipstick 💄 and lipstick 💄 is now an Art.

@blackbeards Im totally open to all thoughts & suggestions, I appreciate honesty. I think I understand what you’re saying but im not totally sure. Lately I’ve been trying out different styles & techniques with my cover art to try & see what gets the most attention. I see some as too much, but it’s been an ongoing experiment for about a month.

@motley_closet it seems to me about 87% of my buyers are new people not selling anything. So before I edit each item in my closet I follow 1,000 new people and people who just changed their closets. Then I edit each item in my closet. Or I’ll just edit my makeup and leave it up top. It took me a year before I figured out that you can adjust the closet or item from low to high. Da 🥰

I truly appreciate everything you said & I’d actually written my first response before reading the rest of your comments bc you were still writing them (which is obvious now lol) I didn’t mean for anything I’ve said to sound as if I was offended, bc I’m not at all. It’s great to get a different view point & as I said before I am trying out a bit of everything right now & trying to find what works best.

I’ve owned a business before, but it was a spa & tanning salon, which is very different from trying to create a profitable small resell business on a social media resell platform. @blackbeards I was wondering why you like to edit your listings to get them to the top of the page opposed to using the individual share option or the full closet share option. I read that that’s how you do it in your “tips” listing comments too. I’ve never thought of doing it that way before but then again I haven’t been doing this nearly as long as you have, even w a break lol. 🖤
