hoppyhudson @hudsonfay I just got the following response to my email "Thanks for reaching out to us and we apologize for any inconvenience! We recommend that you please have the seller reach out to us here so we can assist them. Thanks so much!" To email them, I went to Support and Help --> email, and wrote a message. I assume that's what they'd like you to do, if you haven't done so already. :)
