"Thanks for reaching out to us and we apologize for any inconvenience! We recommend that you please have the seller reach out to us here so we can assist them.
Thanks so much!"
To email them, I went to Support and Help --> email, and wrote a message. I assume that's what they'd like you to do, if you haven't done so already. :)

About 4 times each day I message them, God bless 'em they were and are trying. Not sure what happened been fine all year. But GREAT news for you they finally got me a label for your item...thru the posh info. Back door but I'm just happy to have help on this.😁PAT
