Bundle of Items for the Classically Trained Chef

In my previous life I owned a fine dining restaurant and used these items on a daily basis as a chef. These are items which will likely be familiar to a classically trained chef. These items are all stainless steel except for the three that are beige which come from the Matfer Company. Most of these items were imported from France/Europe in the 80’s or early 90’s. They are quality items in excellent condition that can still be used. There are puff pastry molds for trimming puff pastry, there are timbales from Ateco and de Buyer as well as some triangular molds and round molds. In addition, there is the Cutruler Chef which provides a multitude of info and serves as a ruler, and chopping size guide for dicing, brunoise and batonette cutting.
