Brand: Forever 21 Size: Small Color: Black NWOT Little black dress with cowl neck and flattering dolphin cut bottom. Straps are stretchy so putting on and taking off won’t be difficult. Fabric is fit but also stretchy. Tags taken off but I never got to wear because it is too small for me. No flaws.
