psupaulina @4_aloweha Hi-thank you for asking! This is 100% authentic (my first expensive purchase;directly purchased from store). It’s very well loved and a staple to the closet. It is from a smoke free and pet free home. There is pilling on the zipper because its a different material than the rest of the coat-the coat itself has no pilling/stains/rips/etc. I hope that helps!

psupaulina @mrsjeter95 hi! The length is 34 inches and laying down pit to pit it is about 17/17.5 inches and the waist is about 15.5 inches. I hope that helps!
