Worn once for a gala (still have original tags). This stunning gown is long sleeved with a crew neck and open back. There is a dark blue wide stripe under the bust wrapping around to the back. Hidden side zip and three clasps around the neck. Dress has not been hemmed to keep the small train/pooled look at the bottom of the heel.
