Early 2000s vintage Burberry. Tag reads UK size 6/ US size 4. Approx 30” at waist and 15” long. Wide pleats start at bottom of skirt. Side zip. A wide belt loop at each hip. There is moth damage (several small holes), please see photos. Either a very dark navy or black wool base, with bright blue and white accents in the plaid.
