Burberry brown mini tote

Burberry brown house check plaid mini tote bag. Small purse in brown tone on tone print. The outside has a smooth, rubberized vinyl feel to it. Structured handles, zip rope, one interior zip pocket. Made in England. Purchased from a Burberry outlet several years ago. Approximate measurements: width 10”, height 6.5”, depth 2.5”, handle drop 4.5”. In overall good condition, there are a few imperfections most notably a small rip in the trim on top. Please see photos for details.
