@slk7000 hi no i called the customer service line, gave my tracking & they said either returned to sender, but not been located in their post office,! i couldn’t understand why it was out for delivery saturday, when it was due monday, then saturday i got that notice that its held at post office

@slk7000 hi sweety i rang my post office early monday morning, i gave the tracking number, told them about the dumb tracking email notice i received and they said it wasn’t delivered because of possibly too late a time to deliver, change of shift, end of day blah blah , they then said they can’t even locate my package and to contact sender?! how unbelievable are they, i will ask my husband to pop in tomorrow to inquire, will keep you informed , thanks doll 🤗

hiya @slk7000 still no package, i made an order on saturday & that was successfully delivered to my door, i asked the post lady to track package, she said she can’t find any info on the package in system even though it says held at post office! i really don’t know where on earth it is lol
