@scrubin yes all of them are present. The ones that are loose aren’t that loose to the point where they’re about to come off but you can still get them tightened professionally

@scrubin the length of the jacket from the top to hemline is 46.5 inches. Shoulder to shoulder is 23 inches and the sleeve length is 26 inches and the sleeve length is 25.8 inches.
The wool liner for the jacket is 39.6 inches in length and shoulder to shoulder is 19.625 inches
