This coat is practically brand new and only worn a handful of times. It has all of its buttons and two new ones that you can use if you lose one. The neck can fold up or down for protecting from bitter chill or leave it open for the not frigid days. Lined with the signature Burberry pattern this is a classic beauty. US size 14 There are belt loops but it does not come with a belt. When I bought it at Saks, it didn’t have one and I just used a scarf or different belt. No pilling under arms on this beauty :)
