Burgundy Blouse with Crossed Hem

Purchased this at a boutique in Seattle. The fabric at the bottom kind of swoops and crosses over itself and the fabric is really soft. Three quarter sleeves. The back is longer than the front so you can tuck it in. In basically new condition, I've only worn it once or twice.
