I got the email that my item is shipping. I look on the tracking information and it says that the shupping label and stuff was created on the 10th. I'm a bit co fused why it took so long to ship.

@knewnew17 I shipped out the initial package when order was placed. When you informed me you hadn’t received an email confirmation I contacted customer service to see what to do. In the meantime I shipped out another package with the exact same label.
