Purchased originally from Dress Up. 100% polyester. Waist is pleated but not stretchy. Measurements taken laying flat: top of shoulder to hem is 26 in. Shoulder to longest part of sleeve is 20 in. Shoulder to shortest part of sleeve is 15 in. Across waist is 19 in. Lowest part of neck to waist is 9 in. Waist to hem is 12.5 in.
