Burgundy Hi Lo skirt

It is a satin burgundy/wine hi lo skirt. It is perfect for any formal occasion (prom, wedding,etc)!! Only used once and is in very good condition. It has a satin ribbon that can be tied in front or back. There is also a band in the back that allows for a bit of give. I have 26/27in waist and fits perfectly!
