Burgundy Long Strappy Dress

This dress is in pretty good condition, has been used just a couple of times. It’s very flowy all around. The strings are long, which is great to style them however you’d like. I am 5’9” and it is almost to the ground with flat sandals for me to give you a reference on length. It is burgundy not red! It is stretchy around the bust area with an elastic band.
