Burgundy, Small, Fitted Forever 21 dress

This beautiful dress has never been worn. I’ve always wanted to and I tried, but it was always way too small for me. :( :) The accessories (scarf and necklace) are NOT included with the dress, but there to give you an idea of how to elegantly dress it up! :)
