Burgundy Velvet Circle Skirt

Adorable burgundy velvet circle skirt. This has two layers, too velvet and the bottom/lining silk. It’s a size medium and in basically perfect condition! The skirt is a thicker material so it’s maybe more of a winter/fall skirt but it’s adorable nonetheless! A little darker colored than the pictures show. Not sure what brand. I bought this at Plato’s closet but I’m pretty sure it’s a Chinese brand.
