Burgundy Windsor sheath dress, tie knit side, size Large. Perfect for Valentines

Brand New without tags!! I had removed the tags thinking I was going to wear it but never did. it is in excellent condition with no stains or tears! Color Burgundy, Size Large. The dress brand it Windsor. Dress is long sleeve, it hits about mid thigh and has another piece of fabric that comes down longer. It has a knot/tie on the side. Very pretty!
