Burgundy, cold shoulder, Tobi mini dress with a low back

Burgundy Tobi mini dress that drapes off the shoulders and has a low back. Single tie in the back to make sure the should straps don’t fall off your shoulder. Little stain pictured. No size on tag but I think it is a small medium (not supposed to be tight so it would fit both)
