Burgundy crinkle silk dress. V neck sleeveless

100% silk with polyester lining. Burgundy color with double v neck and back with side dip. I bought this dress from another posher who *said* it wasn't altered at all but since I have the exact same dress In a Different color I can say it feels like the bust was made smaller or the straps were shortened a bit to make the chest smaller. I'm a 32D and I can wear without a bra, but would be more comfortable if you have a smaller chest. There was also a small pull and stain shown in photo.
