What size do you wear in jeans/tops normally? Trying to judge the size small

@ta_54 tops I am almost always a small. Jeans range from 0 to 5. The dress has two leg slits, however, so it wasn’t too tight to the hips. And there’s a lot of leeway in the straps for girls with a bigger bust!
