Burgundy dress with lace

Fit and flow dress with lace overlay, maybe worn once. Size xsmall but could fit a size small as well as the material has some stretch to it. It has loops for a belt or tie that could easily be removed. It is form fitting at the top, then flows out at the waist. Is wine colored. Very flattering!
