Burgundy flutter sleeve blouse with lace detail

Maroon blouse with pretty lace detail across the top of back and shoulders. Very flattering silhouette with cap flutter sleeves and non-clingy swinging bodice. Hi-low hem, on the longer side, almost tunic length. Would style great with a princess length necklace, belt, and skinny jeans or leggings and booties.
