Burgundy leather upper shoes

Neiman Marxus brand burgundy leather upper mules. Never been worn, just tryed on. Wooden heels have some light scratches. I don't have the original box. Heel hight is about. 3 1/12 in. I am listening them as used but only because I don't have the original box and because if the scratches on the heels but they have never been used.
