New with tags. Features an elastic waistband w/zipper closure in back. The waistband is not very stretchy. No lining. Material will not show underneath. Has a small tear in the back close to right hand size by the waistband. Not very noticeable and can be covered by a shirt. Quilt patterns fabric.
