Size tag faded, maybe a medium, can’t remember! 21.5 “ underarm to underarm , 26” shoulder to hem, 26” arm length. Meant to go over your life vest. This is a few years old. Please see photos of flaws- at shoulders from sitting on hanger. Edges of arm velcro no longer sticky. Functional tour coat with life left! Feels like 2mm thickness to me.
