mbuccola7 @annshirts so sorry for my delay, recovering from knee surgery so it took me a bit longer to get down to my poshmark closet in the basement! Unfortunately the materials tag isnt in this jacket anymore but my best guess is that its 80-100% cotton. Certainly feels entirely cotton bit can’t know for certain. And measurement you requested is 17.5in.
