Y2k vibes with this skirt from Burning Torch. Cute details, frayed hem and in wonderful condition. 100% cotton. Tag Size: Small. I would say it's more of a S/M, and the waist can easily be adjusted to smaller. Somewhat sheer. Missed a button in the first photo but you can see that it’s there in the 3rd photo.
