Burnout Dress by Carolina Belle Size 9

- Size 9 - selling one of my absolute favorite dresses! unfortunately does not fit anymore - beautiful floral navy dress with "burnout" detail - features beautiful blend of jewel tone colors and velvety detailing - V neck cut - would be a great dress anytime of year but especially for fall or mild winter days -features elastic at waist with small tie and elastic around cuffs to create slight flouncy sleeves (but not too oversize/bell style sleeves) - Comes from smoke free, pet friendly home - no rips or stains
