tarhar Is this from Anthropologie? Are the straps adjustable? What's the length?

jluckxo @tarhar from the elastic waist down to the back it measures 44inches but the waist is to be worn right under the bust. The front is a bit shorter and open. How tall are you? This dress is from Intermix.
