Burnt Orange floral short sleeve dress

The dress says it’s a size 10 but that’s in European sizes because it was purchased from a boutique in Amsterdam. The dress has cap sleeves and cut outs around the round neck. There’s also very small belt loops should you want to add a belt. The dress is in perfect condition.
