Tulle completes the collar and sleeves with a polka dot print and ruffled high neck collar that buttons at the back in eyelet fashion. The majority of the body of the shirt is soft with a ribbed type pattern and is stretchy. Size small true to size. Hand wash and dry. New never worn.
