rebeccaolive261 @libbymorin86 hi I am so sorry for the delay. It’s not down, more like a super-insulated shell w a few layers. As you’ll see on the tag pic, the says the lining is taffeta (I always think of that like a a fabric for a little girl’s dress but this is nothing like that). It’s very warm and doesn’t make a swish noise :)
