Business casual peplum blouse

Lovely H&M blouse with bell sleeves and ruffled hem - peplum style but without the narrow waist! Great shirt for work. Got from a friend and it’s a little too small! Definitely a true 2 (I am 2 to 4 and it’s definitely too small). Sleeves are a fine length! Black and off-white/beige
