This dress is vintage 90’s. New with tag. Stretch velvet bustier with satin tie back. 50% cotton 50% poly. The brocade skirt is navy with black brocade design which shimmers. Zips at back with elastic at the top of bodice. Side slit pockets. Size is M. Measures 14.5” across the bodice laying flat. 19” across the hip laying flat. 27” underarm to hem. Smoke free home.
