Butterfly Dress & Cape Festival Outfit

Worn once for EDC Orlando, hand washed after. Butterfly dress and butterfly wing cape from Shein. Cape has thumb elastics and tie at neck was replaced with a clear bra style front clasp. Black strips on dress have added glitter paint. Straps are elastic and dress has zipper side. Very cute, I want to pass this music festival outfit on for someone to love because I don’t want to repeat fits.
